Went to Domain5 Apt by Emkay. Unfortunately the 2bedrooms already SOLD OUT. Only left the 3bedrooms. The good things

• I would say it's DIBS. If u get loan from Maybank Cyber means you dont need to pay for construction interest. If u get loan from other banks/branch, then u can claim back the construction interest monthy/quarterly
• Low D/P - $3k only
• Got shops in front of the Apt - easy for tenants to get food.
• Location wise - near MMU and Cyberjaya biz park.....
