Went there just now...well not soo many developers. here is the summary:
1. Alam Nusantara: Ayu Impian launch maybe in May. The SA doesnt know much. price will be >$500k. layout plan pon xde
2. PKNS Bangi Section 4 tambahan: DST and price >$400k. It is a good buy for me. Launch date also unknown..
3. Laman Gleanmarie: Again the SA doesnt know much. he only knows ph1 have angular units remaining. ph2 also will be balloting and also got angular units (what? seems like DRB Hicom never learn!) ph1 price is >$650 with 22x80 and ph2 price is >$850 with 24x80. Well good for those who bought ph1!
4. most condos with remaining units, are there...mcm Amaya Maluri, Zefer, Saville Melawati etc..
5. MKH build affordable apartment kt Bkt Mewah...lupa nak amek brochure...
expo hartanah bumi ni adalah requirement oleh kerajaan kepada developer sebelum diorg boleh dpt kelulusan utk release unit bumi kepada non-bumi. itu sebab tak banyak sangat developer yg join. tapi kalau MAPEX, lebih meriah
